How long do I have to pick up my order?
The order will be held in a secure location for 7 days from the day the order is ready for pick up and you have 7 days to pick it up.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer be changed. Please call our store at 1-604-295-6692 11am-6pm PT seven days a week for further assistance.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Please bring TWO pieces of ID along with the order confirmation email. At least one piece of ID should be a Government Issued Photo ID. The second piece should have the same name, e.g., credit card, debit card.
When will my online order be ready for pickup?
All orders are ready in 3-7 business days. We will send you an email when your items are ready for pick up.
Why do I not seeing ship to address for my in-store pick up order?
There is no shipping option for your in-store pick up order. You will always see that Shipping is stated as “In-Store Pick Up” in the cart when you checkout.
Where do I go to pick up my order?

Can someone else pick up my order?
Simply enter pick-up person valid government issue photo ID name & the pick up person email address in the Additional Information Order note during checkout. The pick-up person will get an email notification when the order is ready for pick up.
If you want to change pick-up person after checkout, please email us at order@giordanoshop.ca with the order number, pick-up person valid government issue photo ID name and pick-up person email address.
